The 2019 Gordon Food Service Show<\/a> is coming soon. This year\u2019s theme is \u201cMix It Up\u201d\u2014with good reason. We\u2019ve listened to customer feedback and added some new twists to this year\u2019s events. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re mixing things up because the number one reason why people attend our show is to learn about new items and get new ideas,\u201d says Matt Kirkwood, Gordon Food Service North America  Show Manager.<\/p>\n

Here is a rundown of what you can expect this year:<\/p>\n

Get new Ideas at Menu Stops.<\/strong> Each show will have six or seven demonstration areas sharing new menu ideas. Each stop will showcase several menu-ready concepts and application ideas.   Look for these throughout the show floor.
 
Be inspired at the Plated to Inspire Booth.<\/strong> Our chef will be cooking up new ideas made from our Gordon Food Service products. Visit the Plated to Inspire Booth to see our chef in action, demonstrating and offering tastes of foods intended to carve out menu differentiation, attract new customers and keep existing ones coming back.<\/p>\n

Buy items at the Truckload Sale.<\/strong> In selected markets, come to the truck on the Show floor for competitive pricing on commodity items and each show will offer different items. \u201cThere\u2019s a limited quantity and, at these prices, we will run out,\u201d Kirkwood says. \u201cBut if you get there early, you can stock up on product and realize significant savings.\u201d<\/p>\n
