When Dan Gilardi and his family purchased a small bakery in 1998, they envisioned becoming an industry leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the help of dedicated, hard-working employees, that vision has materialized. In just 25 years, The Father\u2019s Table has expanded from small bakery offerings to taste-tempting products sold in the Gordon Food Service Store or served in restaurants and school lunch programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the beginning, the focus was on using top-quality ingredients to create one-of-a-kind treats. Every dessert is baked from scratch, calling on real cream cheese, pure vanilla, real sour cream and more.
